Mr. Mansingh Aidee is a development professional with over 8 years of experience in Public Health, Research, SDGs, Child protection and Youth Mobilization. He currently works with Doctors of the World France (Nepal Office) as a Coordination Assistant in Environmental Health for improved health access, socio-economic empowerment of recycling actors in Kathmandu Valley of Nepal. He has led or supported 2 projects at Sunrise Children’s Association Inc. (SCAI) Australia from 2015-2022 in the field of child protection through education scholarships, livelihood interventions, childcare residential home, community school development, reintegration, and emergency support projects. Mr. Mansingh holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from Nepal Institute of Health Sciences, Kathmandu and is a master student of Rural Development at Tribhuvan University. Mr. Aidee is also a member at the Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town since 2017 and served different portfolios including 25th President in 2021-22. During his presidency, he initiated “Project Gorkha for Chepang communities” benefitting 150+ students (education, health screening camps). He is passionate about traveling and interacting with young people. Additionally, he is involved in research, youth-led campaigns, and advocacy in local, national, and international forums especially in the field of public health and rural issues through his own Gopka Youth Club, Humla.
About Prem Budha
Prem is one of the co-founder of Gopka Youth Club. He is a registered Community Medicine Assistant (CMA) and working at a Hospital in Nepalgunj.
About Moon Bohora
Moon Bohara is a BBS graduate and the board member of Gopka Youth Club. Being part of a team and working towards a common goal brings him fulfillment and purpose. He believes in bringing a change especially rooting for the development of Gopka. Mr. Bohora spends time reflecting on GYC’s mission frequently. He is deeply committed working with determined and enthusiastic youth—who form the core of the mission – makes it exciting and fun. Creative ideas and information are exchanged during the collaboration and meetings between team members, which is one wonder among many in the club that Mr. Bohora found it really helpful for not only professional growth but also personal growth as well. He is excited to actively participate in GYC’s initiatives and contribute towards creating a better world.
About TIRTHA RAJ BUDHA
Er. Tirtha Raj Budha is a board member of Gopka Youth Club since its inception in 2019. He is also a Master student of Structural Engineering. Mr. Budha had worked with Adanchuli Rural Municipality, Humla as a Project Coordinator for 2 years specializing in rural infrastructure development.
He has a wide experience in organizing workshops, attending several conferences, and research activities. Mr. Budha aims to contribute his expertise of Engineering for the development of remote Humla through affiliation with Gopka Youth Club.
About Priyanka Aidee
Priyanka is a board member of Gopka Youth Club since its inception in 2019. She is a registered Staff Nurse by profession. She loves traveling and doing community work.
About Netra Budha
Netra has been a member of Gopka Youth Club since the inception of the club in 2019. He is an Agriculture student.
About Nanda
Nanda has been a member of Gopka Youth Club since 2021. He is an Environmental Science undergraduate student. He works for Nepal Government as a Gamescout at Langtang National Park.
About Dipendra Aidee
Dipendra has been a member of Gopka Youth Club since the inception of the club in 2019. He is an Environmental Science undergraduate student.
